Vienna House is a modern 3-storey self-contained office building located immediately adjacent to Birmingham International Airport, Birmingham International Railway Station and upon its completion, the HS2 Solihull Interchange Terminal.

Vienna House has an IBOS system installed which allows occupiers to control lights/temperatures even door access through an app. The collection of data is available to occupiers to enhance and optimise costs and reduce carbon.

The building provides open plan office accommodation of Grade A specification with fully raised carpeted floors, exposed ceilings with LED lighting, and WC on each floor.

Services provided include Daikin Heat Recovery VRV refrigeration system, centralised heat recovery ventilation system, full integration with offsite BMS system, testing, commissioning, and witnessing triggering the manufacturers extended warranty clause.
