25 Templar Avenue, Farnborough

Circa 10,000 the 3rd Floor West Wing of 25 Templar Ave, Farnborough is a Head Quarters Style Building overlooking the Run Way of Farnborough Air Port.

The 3rd Floor has recently been refurbished back to a CAT A layout utilising the existing mechanical services. The original 4 Pipe Fan Coil Units were fully re-furbished internally with new fan motors, control valves and filters. Chilled Water and LPHW pipework was modified to suit any relocated fan coil units that needed relocating from the CAT B back to the CAT A.

The Ventilation System was also modified back to a CAT A standard and re-commissioned to suit the air volumes required.

A new BMS system was installed onto the fan coil units to allow the Building Manager to have full control remotely on his tablet and PC within the office.
