VMIC, Harwell Campus

The UK's first state-of-the-art biologics development and vaccine manufacturing facility, a 150,000 square foot centre at Harwell Campus. We provided a Daikin heat recovery VRV system, an Altherma heating interface for the LPHW services, centralised and local heat recovery ventilation, and full integration with the site BMS.

Around 20,000 square feet of high-spec office space across two Covent Garden buildings in The Yards. We delivered a Daikin heat recovery VRV system with localised heat recovery ventilation and centralised controls, all tested, commissioned and witnessed to trigger the manufacturer's extended warranty.

A headquarters-style building overlooking the Farnborough Airport runway. We refurbished the third-floor west wing back to CAT A, fully overhauling the existing four-pipe fan coil units with new motors, control valves and filters, and modifying the chilled water and heating pipework to suit the new layout.

A full Daikin VRV heat recovery installation across the ground and first-floor open-plan offices, using ducted fan coil units with circular swirl diffusers. Heat recovery ventilation supplies fresh air throughout, with toilet extract ventilation installed to Building Regulations.
